Westcott Launches GoatThroat(tm) Pumps Throughout North America
New Safety Features Compliant With U.N. Standards
NEW YORK, NY (August 2002) - Westcott Distribution Inc. ("Westcott") announces that after significant research and product development, Pumpall Pumps are being rebranded and relaunched as GoatThroat(tm) pumps and will now be distributed in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The new and improved GoatThroat(tm) pumps are now compliant with UN standards. Pressure in excess of 15 PSI is released through GoatThroat(tm)'s patented pressure relief system, making this pump safe to use with all UN Certified containers. This value-added development will make these pumps more useable to customers who require that containers be UN certified.
Westcott Distribution acquired Pumpall Pumps earlier this year and immediately recognized the need to change the pump's pressure capacity to be compliant with UN standards. Westcott began working on the research and development with Australian Product Specialist Richard Grace of Rodburn Safety Solutions.
