Design minimizes operating noise while optimizing viscosity range and exhibits favorable priming properties. Used on its own or in combination with other pumps, product is designed for cooling, filtering, and lubricating circuits with operating pressures up to 15 bar in industrial and mobile applications.

New PGZ Series 1X gerotor pump: Economical, quiet, with variable speed
The PGZ Series 1X gerotor pump from Rexroth is a completely new pump series. It represents the optimum pump concept for low-pressure applications in the nominal size range from 20 to 140 ccm. Use in variable-speed drives is assured by a wide speed range from 200 to 3,000 rpm.
The new PGZ Series 1X gerotor pump is designed in particular for cooling, filtering and lubricating circuits with low operating pressures up to 15 bar in industrial and mobile applications, e.g. plastic processing machines, machine tools, presses and wind power plants.
It combines low operating noise with a wide speed and viscosity range, and it also has very good priming properties.
The manufacturer offers the PGZ Series 1X in four different flange/shaft versions. The pump can be used on its own but also in flexible combination options with the wide range of Rexroth axial piston pumps, vane pumps and internal gear pumps.
With the new PGZ gerotor pump, Rexroth is expanding its existing hydraulic pump range in the low-pressure segment to provide the user with an economical feed pump for cooling, filtering and lubricating jobs.
