BetaGauge 330 features liquid trap for preventing process fluids from being accidently introduced into calibrator's pressure system. Tool-less LDT-500's clear body facilitates observations of present liquids or other contaminants. Universal pipe thread connector accepts either 1/8 in. NPT or 1/8 in. BSP fittings. Other electric pump pressure calibrator features include loop calibrator, multi-variable display, and automatic pressure switch test.

New Liquid Trap Protection for BetaGauge 330 Pressure Calibrator
An important addition to the BetaGauge 330 Electric Pump Pressure Calibrator is the standard inclusion of a liquid trap to prevent process fluids from being accidently introduced into the calibrator's pressure system. The model LDT-500 is a tool-less design with a clear body so it's easy to see when liquids or other contaminants are present. It features Martel's unique universal pipe thread connector that accepts either 1/8" NPT (tapered) or 1/8" BSP (parallel) fittings.
The 330 already has easily serviced field accessible pump valves. Martel recently released a video of the cleaning process to show users how easily and quickly this can be done. With the additional protection from the LDT-500, less service should be required to keep the calibrator's pressure system performing optimally.
Some of the other features included with the BetaGauge 330 are built-in loop calibrator (input and output), large multi-variable display, 24 VDC instrument power supply, automatic pressure switch test, available gas custody meter calibration kit, 17 engineering unit display choices and external pressure module compatibility.
