Nema Enclosures Manufacturing Extends Product Line Launching the New and Improved Nema 4X 3-Point Latch Pump Panel Enclosure
Houston, TX (May 15, 2009) - Nema Enclosures Manufacturing, the expert in custom electrical enclosure manufacturing, has added a new line to their wide assortment of enclosures. Nema Enclosures Manufacturing is excited to announce their new UL Listed 4X Pump Panel Enclosures with 3-Point Latching System.
The new enclosure was originally designed and developed for the water and waste water treatment industry, but can easily adapt to any application requiring Nema 4X rating up to 48" high x 36" wide, such as municipal operations, transit controls, or chemical processing facilities.
The 3-Point Latch Pump Panel Enclosure offers many features to ensure excellent performance while being exposed to the rigors of all outdoor conditions. The enclosure improvement was designed with ease of access to the internal components while ensuring the highest quality of protection from all environmental conditions. The design includes special 3-point latch system that provides highly effective sealing of the enclosure and minimizes the necessity of additional tools and labor to gain access to internal components, while maintaining the Nema 4X rating. Constructed with 304L stainless steel, it is also available in 316L stainless as well as 5052 aluminum to ensure the durability and provide the corrosion resistance and environmental protection needed for the highly specialized components housed within.
The 3-Point Latching Pump Panel Enclosures are available in wide variety of configurations, including both wall mount and floor mount, as well as having numerous internal configuration options to best suit your needs. Options include, but are not limited to, Aluminum or Lexan adjustable swing panels (dead fronts), window kits or view windows, pre-punched holes or cut outs, custom lifting eyes or leg stand kits.
