Armor-Damp® Pulsation Dampeners for High Pressure Applications
RIVERSIDE, Calif., April 11 -- Blacoh Fluid Control is proud to introduce the Armor-Damp series of pulsation dampeners capable of higher pressures up to 2000 psi. This is the latest addition to Blacoh's existing line of high pressure Tef-Guard series and XP series dampeners with pressures up to 2,000psi and 4,000psi respectively. The Armor-Damp pulsation dampeners are made out of Stainless Steel, Alloy 20 and Hastelloy and are available in capacities ranging from 30 cubic inches to 1,000 cubic inches. They are designed for various applications which include Oil and Gas, Water & Waste Water, Paint & Coating and Chemical Process.
Armor-Damp pulsation dampeners were designed modularly for ease of operation and can be serviced in the field without requiring any special tools. These dampeners come with a pressure gauge and a charging valve mounted on the top which allows these to be charged to the correct pressure for the application in the field. With bladders available in Viton®, Hypalon® and EPDM these can be used on a wide range of chemicals without any risk of corrosion to the pulsation dampeners.
For even more extreme applications, Blacoh Fluid Control can custom manufacture Pulsation Dampeners up to 100 gallon capacities with pressure ratings up to 4,000 PSI.
