Available with pitch from 2.5-10 mm, T Type Pulleys are made of aluminum with zinc-plated steel flanges and are either center-drilled or pilot-bored. Synchronous timing belts that accompany pulleys range in width from 6-32 mm and are double sided with Aramid tension members. Special polyurethanes, anti-static, machined, ground, and punched belt options are available.

Ondrives Commercial Pulleys & Belts
Ondrives Ltd have recently introduced a range of standard pulleys and belts into their commercial gear products range, states Marketing Manager, Amanda Laughton. "This compliments our other power transmission products such as miniature precision pulleys and belts, the high torque versions of these plus all the gears, worms, wheels, sprockets and chains we now offer", she continues.
The T type pulleys and belts are available now and start at 2.5mm pitch as standard going up to 10mm. Belts start at just 6mm wide and increase to 32mm. They have already proved popular and are currently one of the company's bestsellers as they are available, in the majority of cases, off the shelf or on very quick lead times where they are not in stock. A huge range is available so there should be something to suit all applications.
Pulleys are provided as standard in aluminium with zinc plated steel flanges and are either centre drilled or pilot bored. The synchronous timing belts that accompany the pulleys are available in different widths to those stated in the catalogue and are double sided, have increased back thickness with Aramid (Kevlar©) tension members, special polyurethanes, anti-static, coloured, machined, ground, punched belts and special profiles on the belt back all available as optional extras. Open length belts are also standard to this range.
