Surface Guard® 123 series provides temporary protection for variety of surfaces, including smooth and lightly textured types, during processing, assembly, and shipping. Polyolefin film is coated with blend of aqueous adhesives, and its properties enable hybrid masking capable of handling water/condensation, heat, and high surface energy. Typically supplied on 1.5-3 mil PE films, with clear and tinted films available, product comes in lengths to 15,000 ft and widths from 1-80 in.

Surface Guard® 123 Protective Film features a polyolefin film coated with our proprietary blend of premium aqueous adhesives resulting in a masking that is soft and not too aggressive. The 123 series protective film exhibits medium peel values with low build over time. The unique properties of this series provide a hybrid masking that can handle water/condensation, heat and high surface energy. Combine the system with our 1.5LL mil film and protect painted architectural metal panels from scratches through its ability to withstand roll forming applications. Surface Guard 123® Protective Film provides surface protection during processing, assembly, and shipping while providing quick and easy removal when protection is no longer needed.
Surface Guard® 123 Protective Film is typically supplied on 1.5-3 mil polyethylene films (clear and tinted films are available). On request Surface Guard can print the film to include a brand identity, technical information or instructions for lamination or processing. Surface Guard® 123 series can be supplied in widths from 1" up to 80" and in lengths up to 15,000'.
