Portable system has 1 gal/min max flow rate, data reporting capabilities, and pot-life alarm. Able to proportion and spray high-solids coatings, urethanes, epoxies, polyurea, and elastomers, airless cart packages feature proportioner, controls, XTR spray gun, 50 ft hose, static mixer, 6 ft whip hose, and fluid hoppers.

Entry-Level Protective Coatings Proportioner & Sprayer
Graco's Xtreme™ Mix 185 plural component proportioner is an easy to use protective coatings sprayer with advanced ratio assurance controls that prevent off-ratio proportioning and reduce field failures in railcar, marine, concrete, pipe and tank coating applications. It proportions and sprays a variety of materials including high solids coatings, urethanes, epoxies polyurea, elastomers and other high performance coatings.
The portable system features easy-to-use controls, data reporting capabilities and a pot-life alarm that warns when materials are at the end of their pot life. The Xtreme Mix 185 provides fluid pressure up to 4700 psi (47:1 pressure ratio). Maximum flow rate is 1 gal/min (185cc per cycle).
The complete airless cart packages feature the proportioner, controls, XTR spray gun, 50 ft. hose, static mixer, 6 ft whip hose and fluid hoppers. Heated packages, as well as wall mount units are available.
