Programmable Force Tester with PC Control
Mark-10's updated ESM301 test stand Version 2 is a 300 lbF (1.5 kN) capacity universal force tester, ideal for numerous applications in the medical device, packaging, automotive, and other industries. The ESM301 can be used for such applications as break testing, cycling, limit testing to a load, distance, or limit switch, load holding, elongation testing, tensile and compression testing, and more.
PC control enables the user to control the stand through a custom program or legacy NexygenTM TCD software. Integrated overload protection protects Mark-10 and other force gauges from overloading during testing.
Modular mechanical design allows the frame to be separated from the controller for custom mounting applications.
A unique feature configuration platform allows for the selection of individual functions through "build-your-own" flexibility, thus permitting the user to customize a system that meets their needs.
The ESM301, and its extended length sibling ESM301L, are compatible with Mark-10 digital force gauges, gripping fixtures, and data collection software.
