120 Watt Programmable Lithium Ion Battery Charger
Green Watt Power, a division of Calex Mfg. Co., Inc. announces the introduction of the EVC-120 Series of 120 Watt constant current lithium ion as well as other battery chemistry chargers for electric vehicle applications including electric bikes, small scooters, lifts, etc. The EVC-120 Series consists of three models which can be factory programmable to provide a wide variety of solutions to meet application specific requirements. The programmable ranges are 3.8A to 4.2A @ 15V to 30V; 2.527A to 2.793A @ 22.5V to 45V; 1.938A to 2.142A @ 29V to 58.8V.
The EVC-120 models operate off 90 to 305VAC, 47 to 63Hz. Power Factor Correction is as high as 0.98 at 100VAC and full load. Efficiencies run as high as 89%. Current and voltage accuracy is +/-5% and +/-2% respectively. Rise time is 150ms. The current and voltage temperature coefficient is 0.05%/ºC. Primary to secondary isolation is 3750VAC. The operating temperature range of the EVC-120 is -20 to +60ºC. The storage temperature range is -40 to +85ºC. The EVC-120 enclosure measures 10.75”x 1.93” x 1.59” and is rated IP64. The unit weight is 0.8kg.
