Constructed with splash-proof and grease-resistant keypad, battery-powered Multi-Station Process Control Digital Timer lets users simultaneously monitor up to 4 Zyglo liquid penetrant inspection stations on one LCD. There are 4 distinct audible and visual alarms - Penetrant Dwell, Rinse Time, Emulsification Time, and Developer Dwell - which cause corresponding LED to flash and specific number of beeps to sound. Each station can be set to max count-down/-up time of 99 hr, 59 min.

Four penetrant stations can be timed simultaneously. When alarm goes off, the assigned station number blinks and a corresponding LED flashes.
o COUNT-UP AND COUNT DOWN FUNCTIONS
Each station can be set to a maximum count-down of 99 hours, 59 minutes and has a maximum count-up to 99 hours, 59 minutes.
o COUNT-UP MODE
Count-Up Mode starts automatically at any station, when count-down finishes. Flashing LED and alarm sounds, elapsed time indicated on LCD.
o WALL MOUNTING: A hanger slot (0.195") is built into the back of the timer for wall mountings.
