Units include 25 ft high-pressure hydraulic hose and assorted nozzles.

Daimer Industries Announces Cold-Water Power Washers with Automatic Shutoff Technology®
WOBURN, MA - April 13, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, introduced two new electric-powered, cold-water power washers, the Super Max® 8780AST and 8790AST. The machines feature Automatic Shutoff Technology® (AST®) that switches off key components in electric-powered, power washers after 30 seconds of inactivity.
"AST® shuts off the pump and motor when the power washer is idle," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer spokesman. "This is a huge time-saver for power washer operators who are working with a long hose far from the machine. Automatic-shutoff also reduces wear and tear on these two critical components."
What is AST®?
AST® is a unique technology that works as follows: When AST® is engaged, it shuts off the pump and motor after 30 seconds if the gun is not in use and water is not flowing through the system. When the power washer operator pulls the trigger again, the motor and pump go on.
This feature is particularly useful for applications in which the power washer operator is working far from the machine and it is not practical for them to go back and forth to turn it off during every break. The pumps and motors in conventional electric power washers remain active whether or not water is flowing through the system, which can damage the pump and motor.
Super Max® 8780AST and 8790AST Power Washers
Super Max® 8780AST power washers offer pressure levels of up to 1000 psi of pressure, flow rates of up to 4 GPM and 15 HP electric motors. The Super Max® 8790 machines offer pressure levels of up to 5000 psi, flows rate of up to 5 GPM and 20 HP electric motors.
These mobile power washers are on wheels and include: a 25-foot, high-pressure hydraulic hose; a three-foot trigger wand with quick disconnect; assorted nozzles; and a powder-coated steel, high gloss, chip/chemical resistant case.
