April 14, 2006 - Made of lightweight aluminum or 316/316L stainless steel, Series 220/240 Differential Indicating Switches feature weather-resistant, 4½ in. gauge front and ½ in. FNPT cable or conduit entry. Piston-style Model 220 offers working pressure to 4,000 psi and ranges from 0-5 to 0-100 psid, while diaphragm style Model 240 features working pressure of 1,500 psi and ranges from 0-20 in. H2O to 0-100 psid. Both include overrange protection and are CSA, UL, and ATEX certified.

Mid-West Instrument, a 30 year leader in explosion-proof, differential pressure gauge and switch design announces the firm's new line of 220 / 240 Explosion proof, differential indicating switches. These extremely light-weight and ruggedly compact family of indicating switches set a new standard of excellence in Explosion- Proof design.

The new 220 / 240 differential indicating switches are CSA, UL and ATEX certified.. As a condition of continuing certification, Mid-West Instrument is subject to un-announced audits by all certifying bodies. This applies to the entire assembly as mandated by the applicable hazardous locations standards.
