Weighing 6 g, Model 281 Zero Leak PRI is designed for thermal relief and low flow hydraulic pressure relief applications where zero leakage is needed. Flow rates range from few mLs per minute for thermal relief applications and up to 250 mL/min for low flow pressure relief applications. Working temperature is -65 to +275ºF, while cracking pressure is preset with capabilities ranging from 1,300-4,700 psid.

New Pressure Relief Insert Featuring Zero Leakage
WESTBROOK, CT - The 281 Zero Leak PRI is a new pressure relief insert for thermal relief and low flow hydraulic pressure relief applications where zero leakage is needed. Weighing only 6 grams, typical flow rates range from a few mL's per minute for thermal relief applications, and up to 250 mL/min for low flow pressure relief applications.
Working temperature is -65 ºF to +275 ºF and the cracking pressure is preset at the factory with capabilities ranging from 1300 psid up to 4700 psid. Each Zero Leak PRI is 100% tested and inspected to ensure reliable, consistent performance.
