Pressure Reducing Valve requires minimal maintenance.
August 9, 2010 -
Regardless of fluctuations of inlet pressure or changes in flow demand, V82 adjusts itself to set working pressure and maintains it on downstream side. All parts in contact with liquids are of chemical resistant plastics, and counter mechanism is isolated from process fluid. Able to be installed in almost any position, regulator incorporates diaphragm protected pressure gauge for reading of output pressure. Valve may be set, even during operation.

V82 - Pressure Regulator
Description
The pressure reducing valve V82 reduces pressure to a given value. It adjusts itself to the set working pressure and maintains it on the downstream side, regardless of fluctuations of inlet pressure or changes in flow demand. There is no direct relation between the working pressure and the inlet pressure. The valve works by balancing an adjustable spring force that pushes downward onto a diaphragm, against the force of the fluid pushing upward.
Features & Benefits
All parts in contact with liquids are of chemical resistant plastics
The counter mechanism is isolated from the process fluid
Requires very little maintenance and may be installed in almost any position
Valve is complete with its own diaphragm protected pressure gauge for the reading of output pressure
Valve may be set even when in operation
