December 18, 2003 - Dustronixâ„¢ Pressure Differential Meter, Model DNC-PS700-010, utilizes silicon piezoresistive transducer that allows user to measure and view differential pressure as analog bar graph and digital display. It features 51-element, tri-color LED meter movement and 3-character, 7-segment digital display. Meter accepts 0–10 in. wc pressure and provides 4–20 mA output loop for remote Delta P monitoring. It is ¼ DIN panel mountable and NEMA 4 compatible.

DUSTRONIXâ„¢ DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE CONTROL METER OFFERS BOTH ANALOG BAR GRAPH AND DIGITAL DATA DISPLAYS

Flexible Meter Interfaces with AMETEK NCC and Other Dust Collector Controls

WEST CHICAGO, IL, USA - At the heart of the Dustronixâ„¢ Pressure Differential Meter (Model DNC-PS700-010) from AMETEK NCC is a highly accurate silicon piezoresistive transducer that allows it to measure and display differential pressure as both an analog bar graph and digital display.

The flexible meter replaces most popular pressure differential switches and gages and is designed to interface with NCC and other dust collector controls. It features a 51-element, tri-color LED meter movement and a 3-character, 7-segment digital display. The meter is ¼ DIN panel mountable and NEMA4 compatible.

The meter accepts a 0-10" w.c. pressure. A 4-20mA output loop is provided for remote Delta P monitoring. Both Hi/Lo Cleaning and Hi/Lo Alarm setpoints can be programmed. The Cleaning Relay Output energizes when the measured pressure exceeds the High Cleaning Setpoint and de-energizes when the pressure falls below the Low Cleaning Setpoint. The Alarm Output Relay energizes when measured pressure rises above the high or falls below the low alarm setpoints. It de-energizes when measured pressure is within normal user selectable ranges

The meter is equipped with a non-volatile memory that will store all operating parameters when power is removed. A 3-digit security code is available to prevent unauthorized changes.

AMETEK NCC is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of dust collector controls as well as timing and temperature control products and systems sold into various markets. It is a unit of AMETEK, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electric motors with annual sales of more than $1 billion.
