Designed for any press force monitoring operation, multi-station SAM 400 Press Force Signature Analysis Module can handle up to 2 independent press station operations, with each station programmable to 32 parts and 8 tolerance windows. Unit provides forward and backward measurement capability, 2 channels of force measurement, and 2 channels of distance measurement. Communications are provided via Ethernet, Serial, Parallel, Profibus, and optional Fieldbus.

Cleves, Ohio - Cincinnati Test Systems, Inc. introduces the SAM 400 Press Force Signature Analysis Module as a new member of the press force assembly and monitoring family. The SAM 400 is an advanced multi-station instrument for any press force monitoring operation.
The SAM 400 can handle up to two independent press station operations, with each station programmable to 32 parts and eight tolerance windows. Up to six additional stations can be programmed through the SAM 400 display, with the addition of up to three SAM 400 slave units. Additional features and specifications of the SAM 400 include:
o Forward & backward measurement capability
o Two channels of force measurement: analog, strain gauge or Piezo
o Two channels of distance measurement: inductive, resistive, analog, incremental or SSI
o Torque: strain gauge or analog, angle: incremental
o Communications: Ethernet, Serial, Parallel, Profibus and Fieldbus (optional)
