The measuring range of the Hydromat Presetter is: length Z axis – 248mm, radius X axis – 248mm, swivel diameter – 238mm.

Key features of the presetter include single-hand operation for linear axis movement, a 20X magnification camera system with in-screen measurement optics, and a tool holding fixture with a power-operated clamping function, spindle brake and 4X90° indexing capability, with concentricity of 0.002mm or 0.00008”.

The NEW Hydromat Presetter touts a 12” industrial flat screen color monitor with 35X magnification and display accuracy of 0.005mm and measuring accuracy of +/- 0.01mm.
