Carlisle's New Friction Pak Prepackaged Components for Wet Brake Installation
BLOOMINGTON, IN - July 20, 2005 - Carlisle Industrial Brake and Friction introduced its Friction Pak(TM) to streamline the ordering and installation of wet brake components. Each custom-assembled Friction Pak(TM) includes all the components needed for wet brake installation. Normally, manufacturers would source the wet brake components, such as friction disks, pistons, seals, spacers, and springs, from individual suppliers. Carlisle's Friction Pak offers all the components in one, easy to use, single source package.
The new Friction Pak(TM) lowers overall installation and assembly costs with prepackaged, ready-to-use wet brake components. Friction Pak(TM) simplifies purchasing and reduces inventory. There is no need to order and store a variety of brake components. Manufacturers will increase their efficiency by having all necessary components on-hand in one box.
