It can automatically dial on multiple lines and only connect call to agent upon live answer. In semi-automatic dialing mode, system can dial phone number by pressing key or clicking mouse. Once connected, agents can talk on line, pre-recorded audio files can be played, and conversations can be recorded. Calls can also be transferred to another line.

Voicent Agent Dialer is a predictive dialer and semi automatic dialer combined for telemarketing campaigns.
