Measuring 6 in. dia, Model DPH-600W employs special jaws and stop to grip plasma welding nozzle. Stop has six .040 in. dia air detect holes for part seating confirmation, and chuck is counterbalanced to maintain exact jaw for up to 6,500 rpm. Along with respective radial and axial accuracies of 0.000020 and 0.000010 in. TIR, product offers max speed of 10,000 rpm, standard chucking range of 0-4.8 in., and 0.060 in. jaw stroke with pull-down action (1.5 in. top jaws).
