Rated 10 A/125 V, Model 1940000003 features certification by Bureau of Standards, Metrology, and Inspection of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan. Detachable cordset has N5/15 and C13 connector as well as 1,677 mm of VCTF3 x 1.25 mm cable. Incorporating BSMI-approved cordset into equipment accelerates approval process and grants quicker access to Taiwanese market for all electric and electronic equipment.

MEGA Releases BSMI Approved Powercord for Taiwan
MEGA Electronics Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of BSMI approved powercords for Taiwan. All powercord products to be used within Taiwan are required to have the new BSMI certification and mark. The BSMI mark (see attached) is issued by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan.
MEGA's new part number 1940000003 is a 10A/125V detachable cordset with N5/15 and the C13 connector. The cordset includes 1677mm of VCTF3x1.25mm cable. The cordset is slated to be available from stock in June of 2009. Incorporating a BSMI approved cordset into your equipment will speed the approval process and grant quicker access to the Taiwanese market for all electric and electronic equipment.
