Designed to record electrical signals on low-voltage power lines, PA9 Wireless incorporates Raven Cellular Modem, which lets user configure unit remotely, view real-time data via remote screen, and preview all recorded data without downloading. User can then choose what data they wish to download. Backlit LCD confirms setup information and real-time status, phasors, frequency, harmonics, harmonic power, voltage, current, per phase and total power/energy data, and min/max by phase.

Record Electrical Signals Safely and Conveniently
Megger is pleased to introduce the PA9Wireless Power Quality Analyzer used for remote recording of electrical signals on low voltage power lines. The PA9Wireless is the newest member of the PA9 family and incorporates a Raven Cellular Modem for remote communications. The wireless modem allows the user to configure the unit remotely, view real-time data via the remote screen, as well as preview all recorded data without downloading the data. The user can then choose what data they wish to download.
A large, backlit LCD confirms setup information and real-time status, phasors, frequency, harmonics, harmonic power, voltage, current, per phase and total power/energy data, and minimums/maximums by phase. From data already recorded, charts of trended voltages, currents, waveform graphs, and reports of historical out-of-limits information by event type may be viewed.
The newly enhanced MEGPA9IEC software for setup, configuration, communications, charting, and reporting continues to be included at no cost with every PA9 Wireless purchased. Optional enhanced report generation and data analysis software, METREPORT, may also be purchased separately.
Utilities, co-ops and rental companies will benefit from the maintenance-free design of the PA9 Wireless, enabling significant time savings with each installation. The unit can be left at remote locations and data can be viewed from the user's location at the convenience of the user. In addition, the PA9 Wireless can be easily set to send an email when a problem event does occur.
