Power Plugs and Jacks offer current rating up to 11 A.

July 21, 2014 - Rated up to 24 Vdc at 55°C, High Current Power Plugs and Jacks are available in locking and non-locking versions as well as sealed and non-sealed models. Sealed versions are rated to IP68, NEMA 250 (6P) when mated. Shunt spring permits automatic switch over from AC to DC. Operating from -40 to +105°C, plugs and jacks are suited for military or industrial GPS location devices, instrumentation, medical equipment, general industrial electronic equipment, and power supplies.

CHICAGO -- Switchcraft(®) is excited to announce the newest addition to their already extensive line of power plugs and jacks, the high current power plug & jack. The new versions are rated up to 11A current (carry), this new offering is the highest current rating for a power plug and jack available on the market today.  High amperage plugs and jacks come in both sealed and non-sealed versions; sealed versions of the product are rated to IP 68 NEMA 250(6P) when mated. They are made in the USA to the same high standard as our entire current product offering.
