Altronix Displays New Maxim(TM) Rack Mount Access Power Controllers at ISC West.
Las Vegas, NV (April 2, 2008) - Altronix is featuring the new Maxim Series Rack Mount Access Power Controllers here at ISC West. The new rack mount units deliver the integrated functionality of the company's industry proven Maxim Series wall mount units in a 2U chassis for standard 19 EIA racks.

Maxim Series Rack Mount Access Power Controllers are designed with convenience and utility in mind. The units feature: selectable normally open or normally closed dry trigger inputs; individually selectable Fail-Safe and/or Fail-Secure fuse protected power outputs; and individual output status LEDs on the front panel for easy viewing. Fire Alarm Disconnect is individually selectable (latching or non-latching) for each output.
Additionally, the Maxim Series Rack Mount Access Power Controllers feature AC Fail, low battery and battery presence reporting. They come equipped with a built-in charger for sealed lead acid or gel-type batteries which would be housed externally.
