The lightweight, cost-effective connectors now include improved rubber-covered coupling nuts for better grip and durability, along with composite backshells for significant weight savings and a streamlined profile.
"Comparable devices used to bring power from portable generators to halls and convention centers are typically costly and bulky," said Keith Teichmann, director of marketing for ITT Interconnect Solutions. Typical pricing for the VEAM GRH Series connector ranges from $230 to $250 per mated pair in quantities of 100 pieces. Lead time is from 1 to 4 weeks ARO.
