Supplied in 7 x 7 x 1.3 mm package, AWB7128 and AWB7228 are optimized for WCDMA, HSPA, and LTE small-cell base stations operating in 2,620-2,690 MHz frequency band. Both power amplifiers use InGaP-Plus(TM) technology and offer linearity of -47 dBc ACPR @ ±10 MHz offset. Respectively, AWB7128 and AWB7228 are performance-optimized for ¼ and ½ W linear power applications and offer +24.5 and +27 dBm linear output power, 16% and 14% efficiency, and 28 and 27 dB gain.

The ANADIGICS small-cell wireless infrastructure PA family delivers an industry-leading combination of high output power, efficiency, and linearity. This level of performance is optimized for the rapidly growing class of small-cell base stations that includes picocells, enterprise-class femtocells, and high performance customer premises equipment (CPE).
