Electrostatically applied from 0.0002-0.025 in. thick depending upon coating and substrate, standard formulations include TeflonŽ PTFE, FEP, PFA, TefzelŽ ETFE, TeflonŽ S, HalarŽ, ECTFE, KynarŽ, and XylanŽ. Custom formulations can be provided if required. Surface preparation and subsequent baking ensure uniform finish that resists abrasion, chemical attack, corrosion, and mechanical damage.
