In addition to rounded exterior and split-style gearbox, FKL A is built with labyrinth-style bearing isolators and offers customizable port-to-port dimensions. CIP design will not hinder performance, and CIP flow reaches all areas of pump. Made of 316L stainless steel, product has balanced rotors to reduce rotor-to-housing contact concerns and is rated for up to 500 psi. Tight internal clearances optimize efficiency and gentle product handling with minimal shear.

New Fristam PD Pump
Fristam announces the new FKL A positive displacement pump featuring a rounded exterior for improved cleanability, split-style gearbox for easy access to bearings and shafts, labyrinth-style bearing isolators for maximum protection, and customizable port-to-port dimensions for easy drop-in replacement of other PD pumps.
The FKL A is CIP'able without performance loss and is built for all-parts-in "True CIP". The FKL allows CIP flow to reach all areas of the pump, including the seal. Nothing is ever removed and cleaned "out-of-place".
The FKL A is comprised of 316L stainless steel and has shaft diameters up to 25% larger than other PDs. It has balanced rotors to reduce rotor-to-housing contact concerns and is built with tight internal clearances for high efficiency and gentle product handling with minimal shear. The FKL is rated for up to 500 PSI standard on most models. An optional stainless steel gearbox is offered for difficult environments.
