Designed to mount blowers, heaters, cameras, and related devices onto conveyors and packaging equipment, Universal Positioning System consists of base that can attach to any flat surface and series of stepped and straight-through couplings, which accept different sized shafts and can also mount onto guide rail. System is infinitely adjustable and extremely stable once locked in place. Made of anodized aluminum, couplings are available for ½, ¾, and 1" precision shafts.

Positioning System Rigid with Total Design Flexibility
An extremely stable positioning system for mounting blowers, heaters, cameras and related devices onto conveyors and packaging equipment is available from Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford's Universal Positioning System consists of a base that can attach to any flat surface and a series of stepped and straight-through couplings which accept different sized shafts and can also mount onto a guide rail. Featuring a variety ball-end mounts and V-block clamps for holding blowers, heaters, cameras and related devices, this rigid positioning system provides total positioning freedom and is extremely stable once locked in place.
Easy to assemble, Stafford's Universal Positioning System is infinitely adjustable and can adapt to various applications where the device being mounted needs to be securely positioned. Made of anodized aluminum, couplings are available for 1/2", 3/4" and 1" precision shafts and custom end-effectors can be developed to match specific application requirements.
Stafford's Universal Positioning System base, couplings, or mount are each priced at $18.00, depending upon quantity; and the shafts depend upon size or can be supplied by the user. Literature and pricing are available.
