July 10, 2003 - Model 426 liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger permits separate cooling processes to run simultaneously from one cooling source. It combines microprocessor control, internal pressure regulation, and fluid mixing to deliver cooling water at constant, independently controlled temperatures and pressures. Unit is capable of cooling 5°C above temperature of the source water with ±0.2°C temperature stability. Turbine is capable of 3.5 gpm head pressure.

Niles, IL - An accurate, easy-to-install control device designed to permit separate cooling processes to run simultaneously from a single cooling source is now available from PolyScience. Compact, portable, and extremely easy-to-use, the Model 426 Temperature Control Unit (TCU) combines microprocessor control, internal pressure regulation, and sophisticated fluid mixing to deliver cooling water to lasers, plastic molding machines, and other equipment at constant, independently-controlled temperatures and pressures. It is capable of cooling 5°C (10°F) above the temperature of the source water with ±0.2°C temperature stability.

A sophisticated liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger, the Model 426 TCU can be used with chillers, tap water, house water, cooling tower water, and other central cooling water sources. It features long-lasting, highly-reliable turbine capable of 3.5 GPM (15.4 LPM) head pressure. The unit measures 17 x 14-3/8 x 11 inches (43.2 x 36.5 x 27.9 cm) and is available for either 120 or 240 VAC operation.
