Dolly-Mounted, Self-Priming, Sealless Plastic Pump System for Corrosive, Toxic and Hazardous Chemicals and Waste Fluids

Whatever the chemical and wherever it may be, within or outside the plant or laboratory, this completely portable nonmetallic pumping system is at your service. It offers a quick, safe and dependable fluid handling system to help you evacuate corrosive, toxic and hazardous fluids from tanks, clean up chemical spills or leaks, or transfer chemicals from drums to process operations and provides versatility by being completely portable.

The Vanton "Flex-i-Cart"® unitized mobile pump system consists of the Flex-i-liner® sealless peristaltic type rotary pump furnished with your choice of UHMW polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon® body blocks (casings) and your choice of seven (7) different elastomeric linings. These are the only components of this rugged industrial pump in contact with the fluid to be handled. The broad material selection permits handling an endless variety of acids, caustics, solvents, salts, chlorides, and other difficult-to-handle clear and viscous fluids.

The pump and motor assembly is mounted on a rubber wheeled dolly, along with quick disconnect suction and discharge hoses (and an optional wand). An electrical box mounted on the back of the dolly includes an on/off switch and allows for easy hook-up with any extension chord. Flex-i-Cart® portable pump systems are available for flows from 0.33 gpm to 40 gpm, at pressures to 45 psig and for use at temperatures to 250°F.
