They include Maximator® pump with pressure ratio of 300:1 and max outlet pressure of 30,000 psi from 100 psi shop air. Featuring stainless steel construction with dimensions of 12 x 16 x 20 in., systems are explosion proof, making them suited for hazardous areas. In addition to hydraulic power, they can pump pure water or chemicals to elevated pressures.

New Portable Power Pack System Delivers Pressures to 30,000 psi


Fairview, PA-- June 27, 2006 - Maxpro® Technologies introduces a portable Power Pack System capable of producing outlet pressures to 30,000 psi and specifically designed for applications where mobile hydraulic power is needed. This air driven system is compact, lightweight and requires no electrical power. Maxpro power packs are explosion proof making them ideal for use in hazardous areas. In addition to hydraulic power, the system can pump pure water or chemicals to elevated pressures necessary in contaminate free environments such as food processing.

Maxpro Power Pack Systems feature a Maximator® heavy duty, high flow pump with a pressure ratio of 300:1 and maximum outlet pressure of 30,000 psi from 100 psi shop air pressure. The Power Packs are easy to operate, feature rugged stainless steel construction with dimensions of 12" x 16" x 20" high and weight of 44 lbs. Maxpro carries inventory of these power packs and will ship within 5 working days of order.

Maxpro portable Power Packs are ideal for a wide range of industrial uses such as leak testing, hydrostatic testing, clamping, hydraulic jacks, powering bolt preloading equipment, burst testing, and continuous load holding such as filter press actuation.
