MINIDIS ADXpert mini-distillation analyzer allows for precise testing of various gasoline, jet fuel, and diesel products as well as biofuels, solvents, aromatics, organic liquids, chemicals, and contaminated or blended samples. Featuring rugged housing and durable metal sample cups, unit requires as little as 6 mL of sample. It incorporates automatic rinsing, sample introduction, and cleaning programs and yields results that are within ASTM D86 r/R requirements.

Grabner MINIDIS ADXpert
Vienna, Austria - GRABNER INSTRUMENTS introduces the new MINIDIS ADXpert, an automatic, portable and fast mini-distillation analyzer. Reliable and highly precise results make the MINIDIS ADXpert a smart alternative to classical D86 testing. MINIDIS ADXpert has a resolution about twice as good as D86 distillation units, yielding results that are well within ASTM D86 r/R requirements.
The MINIDIS ADXpert development team focused on several specific design goals:
Automation, miniaturization and ease of use. The result is a breakthrough in
terms of both design and performance. The fully automatic MINIDIS ADXpert
allows for precise testing of various gasoline, jet fuel and diesel products
(groups 0-4), biofuels, solvents, aromatics, organic liquids, chemical and
contaminated or blended samples. Like the D86 method the ADXpert performs
a true atmospheric distillation but on a much smaller scale. Thus it requires as little as 6 mL of sample and is much faster. The analyzer incorporates automatic rinsing, sample introduction and fully automatic cleaning programs, which guarantee highest sample throughput and productivity.
The compact and portable unit is ideal for labs with little or limited space.
With its rugged housing, the small sample volume and the sealed metal distillation cycle, the MINIDIS ADXpert eliminates the need for a fire protection system. Its durable metal sample cups reduce consumable costs by replacing more costly glass flasks.
