Spirit(TM) enables data files to be downloaded from and uploaded to PCs as well as transferred to other Spirit printers. While printer lets users edit labels on-screen and shows exactly what they will look like when printed, it also offers functionality so that label data already in database can be uploaded as batch file and printed on demand. Product keeps track of every different label printed by automatically keeping database file of printed labels.

The Spirit printer-already one of the most advanced portable printing systems on the market-is now the first portable label printer to offer a combination of the following features:
· Using the Spirit printer, data files can be and downloaded from and uploaded to personal computers and even transferred to other Spirit printers.
· Label data that is already in a database (such as Excel, Access, and other Windows compatible databases) can be uploaded to the Spirit printer as a batch file and printed on demand in the field, eliminating redundant data entry, reducing data entry errors, and speeding label production.
· The Spirit printer now keeps track of every different label that is printed by automatically keeping a database file of printed labels.
