June 24, 2003 - The Helper filtration system utilizes Transor Filter elements that are cleaned with compressed air, resulting in 15,000+ hr of element life and maintenance free operation. Use of product results in each machine tool reservoir being replenished with clean oil. Unit operates with hose connections from unit to machine tool oil reservoir and incorporates industrial castors, which makes it portable enough to be rolled from machine to machine.

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL, ...... Transor Filter USA has introduced a new model to their line-up of modular and centralized filtration systems. The Transor "Helper" is a compact filtration system designed specifically to provide One Micron filtration and portable enough to be rolled from machine to machine. Like all Transor systems, The Helper is ideal for industrial applications such as grinding, honing, lapping and superfinishing where oil is used.

The use of The Helper results in each machine tool reservoir being replenished with crystal clean oil thus reducing machine maintenance and disposal costs while providing finer finishes and faster cycle times.
Large industrial castors on The Helper enables it to be easily rolled and positioned throughout the plant to machines requiring filtration of oil coolant. The Helper operates with easy hose connections from the unit to the oil reservoir of the machine tool.
