New Heavy Duty Polyurethane Matrix Sheet Pile SuperLoc(TM) Composite Sheet Pile System Series 1610 Now Available

SuperLoc(TM) 1610 Sheet Pile is a heavy duty 10" deep x 24" wide pultruded composite sheet pile that is highly impact and corrosion resistant. The 1610 is manufactured with Creative's SUPURTUF polyurethane matrix. It is stocked in dark brown color and is available in optional colors in mill run quantities. The SuperLoc(TM) system provides all of the traditional advantages of composite materials and can be installed with conventional pile driving equipment.

The polyurethane matrix offers superior mechanical performance as compared to traditional resin matrixes. The most prevalent properties include impact strength, abrasion resistance and a more than double the tensile, shear and flexural strength as compared to laminates utilizing traditional polyester and vinyl ester matrixes.

Creative now manufactures over thirty profiles in the SUPURTUF polyurethane matrix. Creative Pultrusions, Inc.'s Patented (US Patent #6,893,191 B2/May 17, 2005) SuperLoc(TM) Composite Sheet Pile System, is the only all composite system available in the market. The bulkhead system was designed to replace traditional steel, concrete and wooden bulkhead systems for both new construction and the replacement market for waterfront bulkhead construction. The system consists of Interlocking Sheet Piling Panels, Interlocking Corner Connectors, Top Caps, Waler and Tieback Rods & Fasteners.

The all composite SuperLoc(TM) Sheet Pile System in available through our Manufacturer's Representative, Lee Composites, Inc. For more information on the system please visit www.leecomposites.com.
