Reinforced with bronze coated spring steel wire helix, Flexaust Flx-Thane® Polyurethane Hose features elasticized cuff with 2-12 in. ID that provides smooth clamping surface and suits vapor recovery and dust collection applications. Flexible, compressible, and abrasion-resistant hose comes in 2 wall thicknesses including .030 in. MD and SD Series and .020 in. thick LD Series. Clear (FDA acceptable), black, and static control versions are available.

Polyurethane Hose Cuff Seals Tight Using Ordinary Clamps
A new, factory installed soft cuff for their line of reinforced polyurethane hoses that provides finished clamping surfaces and eliminates the need for bridge clamps is being introduced by Flexaust of Warsaw, Indiana.
Flexaust Flx-Thane® Polyurethane Hose is reinforced with a bronze coated spring steel wire helix and is now offered with thermally molded, soft polyurethane cuffs that provide smooth clamping surfaces. Eliminating the need for bridge clamps, these elasticized cuffs are ideal for vapor recovery and dust collection applications requiring a rugged hose that seals tight.
Allowing the use of standard clamps, Flexaust Flx-Thane® Polyurethane Hose can be equipped with thermally molded cuffs in sizes from 2" to 12" I.D. This highly flexible, compressible, and abrasion-resistant hose comes in two wall thicknesses: MD and SD Series are .030" and the LD is .020" thick. Clear (FDA acceptable), black, and static control versions are available.
Flexaust Flx-Thane® Polyurethane Hose is priced from $ 1.30 per ft. depending upon wall thickness, size, and quantity; offered in cut lengths with two finished ends. Samples and literature are available upon request.
