At this year's Mobile World Congress Chemring Technology Solutions [http://www.chemringts.com will be demonstrating SmartSwitch [http://www.policyonthedevice.com , the world's first true policy-on-the-device app that provides enhanced subscriber engagement and connection management capability.
SmartSwitch is interoperable and tested with major network policy solution providers and can be deployed onto Android, iOS and M2M platforms. Its advanced policy engine supports 3GPP ANDSF policies as part of a more capable policy language, allowing operators to increase opportunities for the monetisation of network management.
SmartSwitch enables mobile operators to develop a network that intelligently interoperates with smartphones, and other devices, to deliver subscribers a personalised mobile data experience.
