IDEAL StripMaster Wire Stripper Processes 2,200 Wires An Hour
SYCAMORE, IL, August 19, 2008 -- The Stripmaster Model 45-940 from IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is a compact pneumatic wire stripper that greatly enhances the capabilities of OEMs in high-production wire processing operations by stripping up to 2200 pieces per hour.
The Stripmaster 45-940 automatically measures, strips and cuts wire insulations from #30 AWG to #8 AWG. The adjustable strip length control, combined with an internal automatic trigger, assures repeatable, accurate strips from .060 inch (1.5 mm) to 1 inch (25 mm).
To keep track of production lot quantities and total strips, the 45-940 has a built-in, resettable cycle counter, along with an electronic cycle control with LCD display that monitors the settings of the blade openings and strip lengths in English and Metric sizes. It is engineered to operate with three blade types. The unit's standard V-blades are excellent when processing a wide range of wires, while the optional radius V-blades are a reliable choice when more precise wire stripping is required. In addition, fixed die and knife blades are available to meet precise military stripping.
The Model 45-950 weighs only 8 pounds, and saves valuable table space with its compact 4.42" (w) x 12.92" (d) x 5.78" (h) dimensions.
