Able to accommodate dies from various manufacturers, C200 table-top crimp tool is operated using standard factory air (5 bar min) and offers max pressing capacity of 1,200 kp. Portable, bench top unit facilitates change of tools and setup for different crimp contacts. In addition to crimping bare and insulated crimp terminals, uses include assembling IDC connectors to ribbon cable, splitting ribbon cable, cutting wire, stamping small components, and other tasks.

Quick and Convenient Wire Crimping with this portable bench top unit .
Available off the shelf from FKN Systek, the C 200, a low cost table top crimp tool which takes a variety of dies from different manufacturers. This press is air operated using standard factory air (5bar min), with a pressing capacity of up to 1,200 kp. This portable device allows easy and convenient change of tools and set up for different crimp contacts.
In addition to crimping bare and insulated crimp terminals, the C200 can also be used to assemble IDC connectors to ribbon cable, split ribbon cable, cut wire, stamp small components and a variety of other tasks. Tooling for different applications is available.
Priced at $2,495.00 for the basic unit, this tool will do the job of equipment costing thousands more. The C200l is also available as part of a Wire Crimp starter kit which includes the C1500 pull tester, with software for PC data storage of test results.
