Suitable for cleaning sealed ink cups, plates, and other printing accessories, SUPERWASH XP-550 has 550 mm diameter basket, entirely constructed of stainless steel with active carbon filter and exhaust device. Eight pressure spray nozzles located above, below, and on sides of tub deliver optimum cleaning. Washing process takes 10-20 min of unattended operation time to clean and load parts. Additional features include pneumatic timer, pressure regulator, and internal filter for solvent.

PPMOVT has now added a larger capacity pneumatic wash unit, the SUPERWASH XP-550 for cleaning sealed ink cups, plates and other printing accessories. This unit has a 550mm diameter basket, entirely constructed of stainless steel with an active carbon filter and exhaust device. There are eight pressure spray nozzles located above, below and on the sides of the tub for optimum cleaning. The SUPERWASH XP-550 includes a pneumatic timer, pressure regulator, an internal filter for the solvent, plus a door opening safety device. The washing process takes between 10 to 20 minutes of unattended operation time to clean and load the parts. Depending on your cleaning needs, PPMOVT has other wash units to choose from including the SUPERWASH XP-400 and MINIWASH units.
