Featuring modular design, Series CD01/02-PI can control up to 32 outputs. CD01 valves are characterized by 26 in. width and flow rate up to 1.35 Cv, while CD02 valves are 18 mm wide with flow rate up to 0.65 Cv. System can be actuated via various multi-pin plugs, in either 24 Vdc or 110 Vac, and works with all common field bus protocols. Available with push-in or threaded NPT or ISO-G (BSPP) ports, system provides soft-seal or glandless spool and sleeve valve options.

Pneumatic Valve Manifolds from Rexroth Easily Combine Two Flow Ranges for Optimal Flexibility
Rexroth's CD01/02-PI pneumatic valve manifold system offers the greatest flexibility at a high level of standardization. Thanks to its modular and sturdy design, coupled with a wide flow range, the valve system offers the right solution for most application and control environments.
(Lexington, KY - www.boschrexroth-us.com/brp) The Series CD01/02-PI valve manifold system from Rexroth has a modular design and can control up to 32 outputs. CD01 valves are characterized by a width of 26 mm and a flow rate up to 1.35 Cv (1350 liters per minute); CD02 valves have a width of 18 mm and a flow rate up to 0.65 Cv (650 liters per minute). Valves with different flow rates can easily be combined on the same valve manifold, without transition plates.
To enable a simplified machine design, all electrical and pneumatic connections face in one direction. Plug-in valves make it possible to exchange the valves in the valve terminal system quickly and easily.
The new CD01/02-PI valve system meets ISO standard 15407-2, as the pneumatic and electrical connections for the valves are established simultaneously in the base plate.
Rexroth's valve program features numerous actuation options. The valve manifold system can be actuated via various multi-pin plugs, in either 24VDC or 110VAC, and works with all common field bus protocols such as PROFIBUS DP, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Sercos III, CANopen and EtherCAT.
CD01/02-PI valve manifolds are available with push-in or threaded NPT or ISO-G (BSPP) ports, and with either soft-seal (rubber) or glandless (metal) spool and sleeve valve options. The valve manifold system is ideal for areas requiring a high degree of modularity, flexibility and high flow rates, such as in packaging, automotive industry or in general machine construction.
