June 6, 2006 - Available in PLC and non-PLC controlled versions, Pneumatic Take-up Unit feeds engine valves with diameters from 20-50 mm and between 30-200 mm long at speeds from 40-100 pieces/min. Valves are transported in head up orientation from ground level up to height of 2 m for further feeding at that height. Increased heights are also available to meet application requirements.

Elscint Automation, the ISO 9001:2000 certified leading Vibratory Bowl Feeder manufacturer (having CE Marking) from India has developed a Pneumatic Take-up Unit for feeding of Engine Valves having dia from 20 mm to 50 mm and length between 30 mm to 200 mm. The Elscint Pneumatic Take-Up System transports each Engine Valve from the ground level up to a height of 2 Meters from the Ground Level for further feeding at a height. In case of special requirements, higher height can also be provided. Speed of between 40 to 100 pieces per minute can be achieved depending upon the sizes of the Engine Valves. The system results in linking of two Machines in a Engine Valve Factory, thus resulting in smooth line automation. There is a smooth flow of components without any starvation to the next Machine. However, for using this system, the Engine Valves must come out of the previous Machine in a Head Up Orientation. The Engine Valves are then taken in the same orientation to the next Machine at a higher height. This increases the productivity of the Engine Valve producing machines and makes them totally manless. This system uses the bare minimum space and additionally has the flexibility of feeding various sizes of Engine Valves through the same Feeding System. This Feeding System is available in PLC and non-PLC (Electrical Control) versions.
