Including DRF-075M, DRF-094M, DRF-106M, DRF-131M, flange mountable DRF DIRECTCONNECT(TM) Series has one piece lightweight aircraft quality aluminum body; body and end plates are black anodized while steel parts are black oxide. Piston consists of Delrin® lightweight, low-friction, and wear-resistant thermoplastic and is supported with upper and lower sealed ball bearings rated at 5 million cycles. Actuators are suited for packaging, electrical assembly, and automotive industries.

DRF Series: DRF-075M, DRF-094M, DRF-106M, DRF-131M
The DIRECTCONNECT(TM) Series of pneumatic rotary actuators has an extremely rugged design featuring a rack and pinion drive enclosed in a case hardened turntable for extended wear and life. The piston consists of Delrin® a lightweight, low-friction, and wear-resistant thermoplastic. The pinion is also supported with upper and lower sealed ball bearings for extremely long life: rated at 5 million cycles (10 million with maintenance). The DRF series has a one piece lightweight aircraft quality aluminum body, the body and end plates are black anodized while the steel parts are black oxide. This series is perfect for packaging, electrical assembly, and automotive industries for automated assembly and factory automation applications.
