High Pressure Technology Supports New Framing Nailer
JACKSON, TENN. (June 23, 2003) - Consistently innovating the pneumatic nailer market Porter-Cable has done it again with the introduction of its new High Pressure Framing Nailer Kit. In addition to the first ever 175 PSI Nailer and associated compressor, the tool incorporates an ergonomic grip and tool-free adjustments, which makes the new High Pressure nailer more comfortable and efficient to use. The new framer continues the trend by Porter-Cable for introducing innovative tools that meet the demands of all users.

The first ever 175 PSI High Pressure Framing Nailer Combo Kit (CLFCP350) incorporates features specifically designed to benefit end users. The PSI developed by the compressor allows the High Pressure Nailer to weigh on average 25% less than other pneumatic framing nailers enabling the user to use it longer without feeling fatigued. The High Pressure Nailer uses 32 degree 2 inch to 3-1/2 inch paper collated clipped head framing nails.
In addition to the high pressure technology, the nailer includes features such as a tool free magazine release for easy clearing of jams, a selectable trigger allowing the user to switch between restrictive or contact mode, tool-free adjustable depth control and a rubber grip for better comfort and reduced vibration.
The combo kit includes a 175 PSI high pressure oil lube side stack compressor with console, the High Pressure Framing Nailer, a 50 foot air hose (60250), 3/8 inch fittings, and pipe joint tape. The CLFCP350 is currently available for approximately $640.00.
