New 3 Axis LP5 Pneumatic Lift Added to LPI® Line

Eau Claire, WI - LPI's new LP5 mast lift is designed for use in either industrial manufacturing or product inspection applications. These pneumatic lifts are suitable for hazardous areas such as paint booths, or non-hazardous work environments. This is a practical alternative for applications where scaffolds or ladders are typically used, improving productivity while addressing ergonomic issues. The new 2 or 3 axis lifts are designed to offer an economical solution for applications that could not previously justify the expense of the traditional personnel lift. The lift travels on a rail, and extends 3 ft. from the wall in the retracted position. The work platform can be extended horizontally to provide a maximum reach of 6 ft. with the standard basket. Various models offer platform heights that range from 10 to 15 ft., providing a maximum working height of approximately 21 ft. Lifting capacity is 350 lbs.

Design features include self-closing gates, hand controls for up/down movement, extension/retraction of the platform, and foot control for lateral positioning along the guide rails.

The inline filter, regulator and lubricator help condition the supply air providing for long, durable power component life. The drive system is equipped with protective covers and devices to limit the build-up of contaminants in critical applications, such as paint overspray, from entering the mechanical drive components. Emergency stop and auxiliary connections are on the control box, within easy reach of the operator.

Additional, optional equipment and sizes are available to accommodate limited working areas or to provide added reach.
