Plug-and-Play Coolant/DEF Analyzer delivers detailed reports.February 15, 2012 -
In less than 1 min, OSA4 CoolCheck(TM) automatically performs up to 9 coolant and DEF diagnostic analyses. Components instantly capture data, which is then compared to known norms in order to identify abnormal or severe coolant system conditions. Test data can be printed or wirelessly transmitted to LubeTrak® data-mining and storage tool. Measuring 5 x 8 x 10 in. (with printer), touchscreen-operated analytical instrument does not require any installation, training, clean up, or maintenance.

On-Site Analysis, Inc. Introduces High Tech Coolant and DEF Fluid Analyzer
Easy to Use Technology Provides On-Demand Cooling System Diagnostics with Immediate Test Results
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- South Florida-based On-Site Analysis, Inc., a global leader in on-premise, automated fluids analysis equipment, today announced the introduction of the OSA4 CoolCheck(TM) Coolant Analyzer. The high tech analytical touch-screen instrument automatically performs up to nine coolant and DEF diagnostic analyses, on-demand in the customer's service bay and all in less than one minute.
The OSA4 CoolCheck(TM) represents leading-edge, proprietary technology utilizing sophisticated components that instantly capture data and compares it to known norms, identifying abnormal or severe coolant system conditions. The test data can be (thermal) printed or wirelessly transmitted to LubeTrak®, On-Site Analysis' password protected, data-mining and storage tool.
The compact OSA4CoolCheck, 5"x 8"x 10" unit (with printer) provides "lab quality" diagnostic results, at less than 20% of the cost of a comparable lab analysis and without the wait. The easy to understand report identifies the type of coolant, boil point, freeze point, clarity, contamination level, Nitrite level, percent glycol/water mixture, color, and the percent Urea for DEF. The analyzer requires no installation, training, clean up, licensing fees, or maintenance. Simply open the box, plug it in, insert a sample, and begin testing.
Two of On-Site's largest customers initiated the "request for development" of the OSA4 CoolCheck(TM) analyzer. Will Willis, CEO of On-Site Analysis, advised, "Coolants are often described in our industry as "The Silent Killer" of engines. Industry studies like those reported in Machinery Lubrication Magazine have indicated that up to 60% of all engine failures can be attributed to failed or improper coolant system maintenance. But, we really did not begin the eighteen month technical development until Mike Besson, VP of Service Operations for Rush Enterprises and Mark Clark, President of Speedco, suggested that we transfer our oil analysis expertise to diagnosing problems with coolants and DEF fluids."
Designed for fluid analysis in the automotive OEM/OES, light/heavy-duty truck/fleet plus the energy, mining and waste management markets, the OSA4 CoolCheck Analyzer is sold exclusively through On-Site Analysis professional sales consultants, who can be reached at sales@on-siteanalysis.com or 561.775.5756 Extension 226.
