New Proprietary PnC Series Vinyl 'Plug-n-Cap' from Niagara Caps & Plugs Provides Customized Product Protection; Free Samples & Literature Offered

(March 2003) - A new vinyl "plug-n-cap" from Niagara Caps & Plugs, Erie, Pennsylvania is designed to meet a variety of product protection needs, according to the company. The new PnC Series is a proprietary design that works as both a plug and a cap. Sizes can be customized to the specific dimensional and process requirements of the user, including pressure confinement. Free samples and literature are available upon request. Founded in 1953, Niagara is celebrating its 50th anniversary year as a plastics processor.

The all-encompassing design of the PnC Series allows it to remain with the OEM part or component throughout various manufacturing stages including processing and testing under pressure, coating or finishing, packaging, shipping, and storage. Since the PnC is designed as both a plug and cap, it offers time and money savings and efficiency, according to Niagara Caps & Plugs.

New PnC Series "plug-n-cap" is constructed of dip-molded vinyl and is available in standard yellow. It withstands temperatures of 325°F to 500°F depending on exposure time, and a range of pressure conditions based on time and temperature, the company states. Part sizes and other requirements can be accommodated based on existing tooling and design model.
