Dubuque, IA - March 2002 - The new Lab-Line brand MaxQ2000 and MaxQ3000 open air platform shakers from Barnstead International were engineered for 24-hour operation and heavier loads with a triple eccentric drive and a market-leading warranty --5 years on parts, lifetime on the drive mechanism.
Load capacities of 35 lbs. and 50 lbs. respectively and will accommodate a wide variety of platform sizes ranging from 11"x13" to 36"x24". Ideal for holding flasks, beakers, gel trays, deep well plates, centrifuge tube racks and more, units operate in a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C for a variety of applications including solubility studies, extraction procedures, cell cultures, genetics research, bacterial suspensions, staining, destaining and washing procedures. User-friendly control panel is simple to operate - no toggling between displays saves time and minimizes errors. Speed range for analog models is 40-400 rpm and digital models 15 to 500 rpm.
